Orders begin processing within 24-48 hours of being placed

Monday-Friday, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

During high volume times there may be a delay in processing times due to the high volume of orders. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and you will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

 

Orders submitted after 2:00pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

 

 

 

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) = $10
Expedited Shipping (2 business days) = $35

Return Policy

Priceless Pieces does NOT issue refunds, ONLY EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS IF ITEM IS DAMAGED -NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• You must contact our Exchange Department at: piecespriceless@yahoo.com within 24 hours
• Items must be shipped out within the next business day with tracking information provided to us
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Grooming products, pierced jewelry, shapewear or swimwear cannot be or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
• Items must have all tags attached.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back our company. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order will not be processed.
